Bio:

As one of the four founders of the Consortium of African Experts, Mr. Mohamed currently holds the position of president. He is a highly accomplished expert and consultant in a variety of key functional areas, including strategic planning, human resources planning, recruitment approaches, financial planning, and contractual skills. He has a special interest in small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and entrepreneurship in Africa. With 15 years of experience working at the Arab Bank for Economic Development in Africa (BADEA), a leading multilateral financial institution focused on Africa, and experience working for Tunisian national banks, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his field.

Throughout his professional career, Mr. Abdelmalek has extensive experience in designing and developing training and capacity-building programs, particularly for banking experts from various national, Arab, and African institutions, including the Chad Development Bank, Guinea Islamic Bank, Nigerian Corporation of the Bank, Tunisian Senegal Bank, as well as banks in the Ivory Coast, Zaire, and Morocco.

Mr. Mohamed Abdelmalek is the founder and CEO of Africa Acumen Management (AAM), a consulting firm that specializes in providing its partners with a B2B contact database and effective management tools with a focus on human resources and partnership agreements. AAM’s services include corporate development, partnerships, and capacity building through 21 diverse programs.
