Dr. Ahmed is a PhD holder with excellent technical and commercial experience who have more than 20 years providing companies in a range of industries with the leadership they need to develop strategic business intelligence and information management roadmaps, with specialty & hands-on experience in telecom data/information modelling in association with enterprise matrices and key performance indicators. Excellent experience in financial analysis, statistical analysis, predictive analysis, market research, customer loyalty management, customer value development, revenue boosting, subject link analysis, sales engine room construction/planning/operation, Big data, data stratification and segmentation, competitors intelligence, glossary building, KPI definition and performance management.
